The information and services provided by Bright Health Cure are for general health and wellness purposes. We do not replace emergency medical services. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, you must call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. Our specialists will wait up to 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before considering the visit a no-show.

4. Pricing and Payment

Subscription packages and one-time service fees are clearly displayed on our website. Payments are processed securely prior to service delivery. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect current subscription billing cycles until the next renewal.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical history and personal information. You must maintain a safe environment for our medical staff during in-home visits. Any abusive behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your health and personal information in compliance with HIPAA.

Bright Health Cure and its medical providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, except as prohibited by law.
